Well in our case we are seriously thinking about restraining users' right to save attachements in their ".Sent" folders, lest mailboxes become a storage or versioning system. Our quotas are tight at 2G and we could do without users always complaining about 'mailbox full' errors when in fact said mailbox is full of useless sent junk that already exists in their samba 'profile' folder (other quota, other story :). So obviously this becomes the server's job. If it can't be done at the imap level, a cron job with mimefilter will do. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Open Source Business Conference (OSBC), March 24-25, 2009, San Francisco, CA -OSBC tackles the biggest issue in open source: Open Sourcing the Enterprise -Strategies to boost innovation and cut costs with open source participation -Receive a $600 discount off the registration fee with the source code: SFAD http://p.sf.net/sfu/XcvMzF8H _______________________________________________ Courier-imap mailing list [email protected] Unsubscribe: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/courier-imap
