I know this is an FAQ, but I can't find an answer that works so I'm
asking it anyway:
- I just set up courier-imap (install from FreeBSD 4.7 ports
collection). I use qmail+procmail as my MTA, and have all email being
delivered into the ~/Maildir/ folder (in Maildir format). This works
just fine.
- I have another system, on which I'm using Mozilla 1.2a as my mail
client. I set up my imap account (on the system running courier), and
it logs in fine, it reads my Inbox fine, but trying to create a new
folder anywhere using Mozilla produces this error:
"Invalid mailbox name"
I've already messed with Mozilla's namespace settings (in the "Server
Settings -> Advanced" window), setting the "Personal namespace" to
"INBOX." (with the period at the end) and checking/unchecking the "Allow
server to override these settings" box.
And it still doesn't work. Help?
