fetchmail only knows about INBOX I believe, but I cam across some other
tools which claim to sync a local Maildir hierarchy to a remote IMAP server
- enter "maildir sync" at freshmeat.net. I've not tried any of them though.

If I had sufficient access to both ends I'd be inclined to just rsync the
Maildirs, but I don't know how long it would take to scan a gig of mail each
time.

Anybody tried running Maildir on top of CODA?
