That's what "Require authentication" means.  EVERYONE has to authenticate to 
send mail to your server.  It's not what you want. 

Courier is setup to do SMTP-AUTH "out of the box".  (If you've created rpms 
then install the smtpauth rpm.)  Then it should just work.  You don't need to 
do anything else.
