If I read this right, this essential by passes courier for inbound traffic? ie it's not ISP->fetchmail->maildrop->maildir I guess the current/old setup via courier goes back to when I first installed it - as a replacement for sendmail - and I've never really changed it since. Thanks... I'll give the maildrop mda approach a go...
