Hello,

I presently have the *LATEST* - i.e. as of 01/29/2004 version of courier-mta
installed.

I did the compile and install with only options to disable all auth modules
other than pam and ldap (is that bad?). I am doing this in response to a
complete system failure (since I last wrote) and I decided to go with debian
this time instead of redhat. I have the latest (as of 01/29/2004)
debian-tested distribution installed and courier compiled under it without
flaw.

After getting things reconfigured via the webadmin interface, I found some
users can't check their email. When they log into the webmail interface
(sqwebmail) they get the following error:

Internal error (module maildir.c, line 170) - contact system administrator

This line is coming up due to the following function returning less than
zero (line 169):

maildir_info_imap_find(&minfo, foldername, sqwebmail_mailboxid)

I am not sure what might be failing in this function.

Can you please give me a common possibility that this is happening?

Thank you

Kirk Wolff
