OK, I did it.  Here are the new results on the webpage:

folder: Sent Cache-Control: no-store Pragma: no-cache Content-Type:
text/html; charset=us-ascii
Internal error (module maildir.c, line 172) - contact system administrator

I should add that I have no idea what this means.  Maybe the part after
no-cache is the beginning of what's being sent out the sqwebmaild to init
the html?  Anyway, what does "Sent Cache-Control: no-store Pragma: no-cache"
mean?

There have been a couple of reports of this problem.  Its cause is not yet
known.

Stick in a printf("Content-Type: text/plain\n\nfolder: %s\n", foldername);
into the error path there.  This will tell you at least which folder is
tripping this.
