Have been happily using Courier for a few months. Last weekend had a hard disk crash. After isntalling a new disk and restoring the data I am getting
an error. The client shows:
Cannot copy messages: No such file or directory

Enabled logging and on the the same appears:
WRITE: -ERR Cannot copy messages: No such file or directory

What file? What directory?
The lines right above the error are:

WRITE: * LIST "fbsd-security-advisories" "fbsd-security-advisories" FOLDER
* LIST "fbsd-acpi" "fbsd-acpi" FOLDER
* LIST "fbsd-isp  " "fbsd-isp  " FOLDER

Is it one of those folders that is missing?

No, it's probably one of the required subdirectories in one of these maildirs.

You will need to look at the contents of your filesystem and validate the structure of your mailbox.
