Like I said the last time: It looks to me like you're handing the message to the mailing list software twice. Post the contents of /etc/courier/aliasdir/.xalias/[EMAIL PROTECTED]

If you look more closely at the log you posted, you'll see that both message IDs were logged by courierd and then courierlocal. courierd is the program responsible for scheduling delivery of messages, which are handed to the appropriate modules for processing.
