Thanks for your help everyone!... I learned some things. Milan was a
big help, thanks! Also that other guy, but I lost his email :( But he
was nice too. Thanks email guy person!

Just wanted to send an update:

1) Auth is working, using the authdaemon

2) MAILDIRPATH is "working" - it does this:
chdir (users home directory)
chdir ($MAILDIRPATH)
You can't set it to /var/mail/$user.maildir that I know of, but
something under their home directory works!

> 3) how do you turn verbose level up? I set this in syslog.config, but

> mail.* /var/log/maillog
> imapd.* /var/log/imapd.log

I turned it up in auth deamon, but changing some file in
authlib/somefile and set debug from '0' to '1' (not '2', cause '2' has
passwords!).

I don't know how to increase it for the mail daemon though?

Did you guys know this place has a website?!
I found this on google:
http://www.courier-mta.org/
It has a bunch of documents and stuff. That guy in the chat room
never said anything about no website! The documents from what I seen
look pretty good!

I'd read it.

I think I can figure this out with the documentations above.

I also set the authdaemon from the guy told me in the email. ... to
"yes". Once I get SSL working, I bet I can set
"courier_imap_imapd_ssl_enabled="YES" and it would auto start the ssl
daemon too!

Thanks for your help guys. I'm going to read and I'll send an update.
