All -

I have just secured a 60-70 person space for coworking - very close to
Cooper Union (on St Marks) which I need to know what is the interest in
either becoming involved in the space and/or using the space for your
purposes. Since it is a multi-use space, the cafeBricolage (in honor of
Nate) will be open from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

The space is big enough to support developers on one end and business types
(sales/marketing/biz dev) on the mid section - with a cafe/coffee bar in the
midst. There is also a comfortable gathering spot and patio in the front as
well.

I am already connecting with some West Coast companies who are interested in
having a "drop space" for their staff when they come into town, and I am
looking for some "anchor tenants".

If you are interested in using the space, ideas on how to improve it, or
just wanting to be part of this: please contact me at sdickert (at)
google's email service.

Thanks - and looking forward to see you at cafeBricolage!

Sanford
