Thanks Tara - Need to finalize the facilities and the telecoms. The owner has agreed to the general concept and the space allocation. The challenge is creating the right balance for both the costs and the benefits of having people there (e.g. should we charge a nominal fee, offer some coffee and a sandwich to early arrivers, etc).
I am having a coordination meeting sometime this week - if you are interested in helping out (not you Tara, unless you and C are in town...), how is your calendar on Tuesday at 10:30am at 51 Astor Place?
