I'm really impressed how much thought you put into this. i just recently visited austin and its coworkering spaces (http://co-up.de/2010/09/17/coworking-austin-texas.html) and came to the conclusion that there is still room for more, and not even 2 weeks later you are open, cool. really looking forward to visit your space, will be back there next year for sxsw.
