Hi, Just wanted to leave my input on this one very quickly. I do think that an area specific coworking place is as valid as a generic one, as long as the base principles still apply. On the other hand, I personally believe that the advantages of having a diverse group really pay off in terms of knowledge/work exchange and networking.
