For all of the online tools we've used, nothing has been nearly as effective
as hosting an in-person "Town Hall" style meeting.

Online feedback is contextless, and it puts 100% of the onus on the
recipient of the feedback. Having a real dialogue requires both parties to
be present and engaged, as well as it lets feedback evolve immediately.
