Hi Nancy Google docs (spreadsheet) for member info and a shared google calendar for booking the meeting room. For invoicing, just create invoices in google docs and email as PDFs.
That should do the trick fine for quite a while - the invoicing will probably be the first thing you outgrow but a google search brings up a few free invoicing SaaS apps that are totally free and support recurring invoices.
