BINGO! YOU have that. But there's a LOT of people who don't have this, 
regardless of their age. And that population is growing, again, regardless of 
age.  


Facilities rentals isn't going anywhere. Coworking is less about where we work 
and more about how we work, and who we work with. 
Here's the reality: coworking isn't replacing anything. It's giving people who 
never would have considered the pre-existing options a new choice, and it's one 
that they love.
