We've only been open a couple weeks now, but we've joined forces with our
local Innovation-centered organization called the iHub. Check to see if
your area has anything like that and establish a partnership. Next week we
are a part of an event called North Bay Innovation Week which is allowing
us to get exposure to our space and also showcase some of our members'
projects and talk about how they have been innovators.

My recommendation is not to try and force folks into the innovation
prerequisite. It's a lot of pressure to hang over someone. Try leaving it
open, encourage collaboration and have some innovation-themed events and
you'll be golden!

Good luck :)
