btw, if cables are exposed, you should actually address them by sleeving them 
in conduits. Low voltage types (ethernet, A/V) sometimes don’t need to, but 
others would need to be in rated conduits. Suspended ceiling systems won’t 
provide the proper fire protection in the U.S.
