You can blame Adam Kenneday's BadExample I think. PAUSE is updating, but Funet doesn't seem to be picking the distros up. I have a feed from PAUSE directly and that's running fine. Funet has been updating the other directories, so I assume their update mechanism for authors/modules directories has stalled.
