Wow, in fact there is some seriously weird shit happening.
France has something 12 official mirrors, and right now
http://ftp.funet.fi/pub/CPAN/SITES.html#Europe lists only 5 sites, and
the biggest (oleane, easynet, ovm and club-internet) have been dropped.
And yet I can connect to ftp.oleane.net:/pub/CPAN just fine.
I'll let Jarkko know to see if there's anything his end that needs checking.
