Now I'm curious! I'll know shortly if perl 5.6.2 will compile on my OpenBSD smoker box.
In any case, I can only say that I'm afraid to know why you're worried about perl-5.6.2. Why not require a newer Perl for your modules? perl 5.6 is dead, long live Perl!
