Wow, I can't believe I missed that! As a casual tester I don't really think of CPAN::Reporter as a "smoke tool" so I skipped those instructions assuming they were for smoke testers :) Seems to be working now: CPAN::Reporter: Test result is 'pass', All tests successful.
