Probably #2. The "problem" is that CPAN::Reporter used to just hand off a path to T::R::T::Metabase and that is where I think we put the "~" special case. I forgot about that when I added the "look in .cpanreporter" for relative paths. I'll find some way to reconcile the two. -- David
