Hi Ricardo,

I'll look into those. I have a feeling Feedbin might using the master
pubDate of the file rather than the one for each report. I've come across
that in another feed, where I had to drop the master pubDate. However, it
looks like the dates in these feeds have got a bit mangled, so will fix
those anyway.

The UTF8/ISO difference is likely when we switched to the new server and I
forgot to set the encoding in Apache.
