Hi Subramanian, I think you have to be a bit more clear on what your issue is. The clan-testers list is about CPAN testers not so much the particular CPAN distributions.
When you are clear on what the issue is and where, the best thing you can do is report an issue to the author, a CPAN testers link like the one you referenced can then come hand when documenting the issue you are reporting. What I can read from the report you refer to is: 1.
