CGI::Test 0.104 was released in 2003. The latest version is 0.52 (which despite appearances, is indeed a later release than the version in that report, 0.104. I have just filed https://github.com/nohuhu/CGI-Test/issues/2 for you. In future, the bug queue for an individual distribution is the correct place to inquire about such matters, rather than this list.
