Hello Karen,
I'm glad it worked. My smoker is using metabase-relayd to send the results,
which I save first to the filesystem. This gives me opportunity to review tests.
For those interested, I wrote a simple script to send only the tests with PASS
result to metabase-relayd. The code (and my distro prefs) are located in github:
https://github.com/glasswalk3r/CPAN-Reporter-Smoker

The script still needs some adjustments to command line arguments, but it works
well enough.
My smoker machine is actually running two smokers, one with the standard perl
of OpenBSD 5.9 (5.20.2) and the other with a specific user compiled (5.20.3)
with perlbrew. Results so far are the same for Sub::Name (0.20) and Moose.

Please let me know if any of you guys find something wrong with my reports... I
don't mind going over and finding the issue.

Awesome, thank you!

something to send only the PASSed reports, which would give a change to
review those that failed.

All that sounds fine, except you can turn on the smoker now... It would be
nice to see some test coverage using the trial release before it goes
stable.

I don't know if it's possible to run an arbitrary command after smoking a
module -- anyone?

Alceu, would it be possible for you to test the patch in
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Dis play.html?id=117072 ?  (You don't have to
do anything with git; just applying the patch to the latest CPAN release
should work fine, and then perl Makefile.PL && make test && make install).

(I wonder if this is the sources of all the segfaults I've been seeing
from BinGOs's FreeBSD smokers as well...)

If this looks good, I'll release it as -TRIAL.  thanks so much!

Looks like I got into this a little bit late, I saw that you're already release
Sub::Name as trial, so I grabbed it from CPAN.

I was able to install it but not from the CPAN shell, I did it directly from
bash. Keep in mind that the previous release I was able to install all from
bash, but not from the CPAN shell.

Anyway, Sub::Name passed all the tests. I went through all the reports from me
that you requested a review and I was able to install all of them (I sent some,
but not all, reports, for those not yet tested).

I'll keep the smoker shutdown... when you release an official Sub::Name new
version, I'll try again from the cpan shell. If it is all good, I'll turn on
the smoker again, although I'm thinking about implementing something to send
only the PASSed reports, which would give a change to review those that failed.

Is it possible to provide a list of the (tested) distro directory content to
the report? That would help making sure the test failed with a core dump.
