Cream is just an interface overlay on Vim according to Common User
Access. I'm not sure why Cream if Vim's interface is desired.

Cream has Expert Mode and Behavior preferences as proof-of-concept
options, but a user can use Ctrl+L to get to the command line in Cream
without them. (Also Ctrl+B for one command.)
