Where'd your "l" go? Make sure all the paths in the Start Menu icon
are well formed and double-quoted.

Looks like some command is incomplete, has an errant space, or expects
user input. Do you ever see this if you refresh tabs without any files
open?

The goal is that it shouldn't. We want Cream to manage files-per-tab
without problems.

There have been some long standing bugs in getting this all to work
very smoothly. The 0.42 release made headway into this, but still
didn't solve everything. I spent another 3 hours tonight and think
I've made another step to getting tabs and file restoration to "just
work." I'll give it some testing time tomorrow on Windows to verify.
