Oops, that's a typo. I couldn't figure out how to copy the message from the vim window so I transcribed. It actually is c:/local/..., screenshot attached.

There have been some long standing bugs in getting this all to work very smoothly. The 0.42 release made headway into this, but still didn't solve everything. I spent another 3 hours tonight and think I've made another step to getting tabs and file restoration to "just work." I'll give it some testing time tomorrow on Windows to verify.
