E34 Inscription does not meet the requirements for a class in CRM Base, and I thus propose that it should be deleted.
In particular: * It does not have its own properties * It is not the range of any properties * It does not have any sub classes * It is not any more discriminating than the intersection of its two parents E33 Linguistic Object and E37 Mark (e.g. it is a linguistic mark) As such, it does not rise to the level of a class that should be in CRM Base and is unnecessary to include.
