It "works for me" ... If you are still having trouble, it might be your IP address was "locked out" (due to many attempts by someone to login and fail) ... and, it could be anyone "on the same router" ... so, not necessarily related to you ... if you happen to be at a big company network :/ If that's sounds like a possibility, send your "external IP address" to webmasters and ask them to check if its been blacklisted. By "external IP address" I mean your IP address how it would be "seen" by others ... such as what you can see by going to http://www.whatsmyip.org/ or similar. HTH
