Beware of the following EGit bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=356233 which has been fixed recently: http://egit.eclipse.org/r/#change,4676 http://egit.eclipse.org/r/#change,4677 also clearing of credentials for protocol default ports was broken which hit some Eclipse committers when using ssh protocol, this was fixed with http://egit.eclipse.org/r/#change,4621 use a recent nightly if you want these fixes, they will be included in 1.2 planned for Dec 21. > -- > Matthias
