And a hit to the mirrors list shows plenty of mirrors: http://eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/releases/indigo/201202240900/ I've examined the content.jar and compositeArtifacts.jar files and couldn't find any references to mirrors, but I'm not sure that's where they should be. I'm not sure where else to look to see if mirrors are properly enabled.
