The important files to look for are the artifacts.jar files that are
referenced by a cascade of compositeArtifacts.jar. And the most important
one, releases/indigo/201202240900/aggregate/artifacts.jar, contains the
following line which looks correct to me:

<property name='p2.mirrorsURL' value='
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?format=xml&file=/releases/indigo/201202240
900/aggregate/'/>

The other one, eclipse/updates/3.7/R-3.7.2-201202080800/artifacts.jar,
looks good as well and contains the p2.mirrorsURL value.

Regards,
Markus
