Hi again,

you can download the model repository for offline use as detailed at [1].

As described there, you then have to remove the default repository from
the preferences and add the offline one.

Change this preference:
/instance/org.eclipse.recommenders.models.rcp/repository.url.list
As a value put in the offline URL, for example:
file\:/Users/test/recommenders/models/neon/
