I think you are misunderstanding how things work. *None *of the repositories contributed to SimRel are available to the users when they do Install new Software. All the aggrcon repositories are available at aggregation time and all the features and plugins that are contributed by the aggrcons are fully resolved such that installing everything in the release train repository is possible purely from the release train repository's contents. No one is proposing adding Orbit or any other repository such that it is transitively available nor has that been a practice of the past.
Also, I think you should redistribute LPG purely for your end-users' benefit.
