What do you think about reorganizing the entire world to get regions
for characters in a range of levels?

For example the starting region has maps for character with level 1-5,
than move over to a region for level 6-10 character, ...

Every region should have a storyline quest which leads through this
area. After the quest is solved, you're able to enter the next region
and so on.

One of the annoying parts of crossfire is to enter a high level map
dying pretty fast or to slay through tons of low level monsters as a
high level character before you reach the big boss.

Take the quest to face "Lorkas the fallen" (lvl 125 destroying_angel).
You have to start with ants, spiders, kobolds, orcs, goblins and a
single ogre.

After that you have to deal with zombies, skeletons, ghosts and a single
wraith.

You got the picture? If you're able to face Lorkas, you're able to sleep
surrounded by an angry mob of trolls smashing on you with their large
clubs and you neither wake up nor getting a bump.

As a high level character I don't like to face those critters.

To avoid this, we need to have separated regions with an increasing
degree of difficulty.

I think having this would dramatically improve the fun and gameplay. And
this is probably worth doing it even if it's a lot of work.
