Hi,

Permissions has been updated. Me and Raphael are going to be happy to merge
your changes in chromium downstream repositories. We're tracking the pull
requests so no need to mail us but if we're slow to answer (for some
reasons) feel free to contact us on IRC or email.

Me and Raphael are going to update the wiki pages to reflect the changes
and are going to work on tooling to help us (and you) handling our
downstream forks.

Stay tuned.
