I'm curious why we believe it has to be one or the other? I've used "forums" that were set up to allow inbound/outbound email for the forum. Members can choose the web based forum interface, or to interact via email only. Many allow interaction/consumption via RSS/Atom feeds, etc... For example, Google Groups allow you to do this, along with the ability to use the web interface to do searches of the groups postings for new users to review historical posting, etc... I'm sure there are lots of other forum/group/list solutions with similar features. ~~shane _______________________________________________ Crowbar mailing list [email protected] https://lists.us.dell.com/mailman/listinfo/crowbar For more information: http://crowbar.github.com/
