Someone from Cloudera needs to change the license headers, assigning them to
Apache. At the same time the package structure should go from com/cloudera to
org/apache. The sooner this is done the better; this is a big change that will
affect any patches in flight and having to assign copyright to Cloudera in an
ASF project, or work in its packaging structure, may very well be stopping
contributions
