I'd suggest replacing the headers and moving the Cloudera mention to the NOTICE
file as soon as Josh feels comfortable. If the grant is in progress then you
(Josh) could probably do it now as you are the "agent".
Josh - check with the sqoop/flume folks - iirc they had a script for this,
we're doing it so often. ;-)
