Rahul, check last month's OpenOffice thread on incubator-general (short
version: our release zip is the official release, the JARs are just distributed
for convenience). You can get the JARs from https://repository.apache.org --
they won't be published next to the official release. The best way is to just
use Maven; try my archetype, you'll get a working setup with a Mockito-based
test case and everything ;-)
