PIR (the .org registry) has a field in their registrar list indicating if the registrar supports DNSSEC: http://www.pir.org/get/registrars?order=field_dnssec_value&sort=desc If you exclude all the name.com and Go Daddy shell registrars, you still have more than 30 to choose from. I would be shocked if they didn't all offer .com in addition to .org.
