well, it is of course up to opinion, but in my view, lack of rigidity
is the most scary thing, post-snowden.

i mean, what is the reason not revealing the selection criteria for
huge constants? if it does not stink, i don't know what does. what if
the next snowden leaks the exact procedure to crack NIST curves wide
open?
