Hi Everyone,

Wei was able to get the backup back on track and perform the CentOS 7.2 
upgrade. That occurred late last week or earlier this week.

We still have to perform the MediaWiki update, and I hope to get to it in 
the next week or two.

I don't believe the current website outage is due to the upgrade. It 
appears to be IP/DNS related because PING is timing out.
