Indeed, also ragdoll will be resuable for any meshes (I actualy plan myself to 
support only one bodies setup, to easier work on their controllers). 

So what I would offer in my editor is separate file with dynamics setup of 
specyfic dynamic object, but he will be the one responsible for attaching 
visual part later (if using our dynamics in his app directly is what he needs). 
 This option will be avaible as an "Export" feature.

Other option is to use our editor for recording animation based on physics 
based movement (so the ouput will be only one animation file).
