1.0 is meant to be the stable version, but most projects are using svn since 
it has the most features and is current, and you can make changes to it if 
something is missing/requested changes are fast.

Matter of taste imo. 1.0 is meant to be stable, svn is rapid and current but 
sometimes you run into the odd crystal space bug.
