Not too worried about MSVC on this one. Yes, Jorrit has mentioned having to fix MIN/MAX in his project(s). I may have been vague about why dropping MIN/MAX. Let me explain. The core reason for removing MIN/MAX is that the Android platform does not define them. Note to lurkers and others - Shameless donations promotion: :-) This is early work for Android.
